Rock’n Our Disabilities Foundation is proud to invite you to our 6th Annual Dash for disABILITIES Superhero 5K, Walk & Roll, taking place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at our new location, The Civic Center at the Town of Apple Valley.

Rock’n Our Disabilities is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families with special needs through inclusive recreational programs, social opportunities, and community connection.

This superhero-themed event brings our community together for a morning filled with energy, inclusion, and purpose. Participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite superheroes as we celebrate abilities and champion a cause that truly matters.

• Location: The Civic Center in the Town of Apple Valley
• Runner Check-In: 7:15 a.m.
• Walk & Roll Check-In: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

💲 Registration

• Cost: $35.00 per person (runners, walkers, and rollers)
• Pre-registration deadline: April 1, 2026
• Pre-registered participants will receive a goody bag and event T-shirt

Funds raised from this event directly support our recreational classes, helping ensure they remain accessible and affordable for families in our community. This includes our growing programs and the addition of Rock’n Tots, designed to support our youngest participants through inclusive play, movement, and social development.

🌟 Vendor & Sponsor Information
To ensure accessibility, safety, and smooth event flow, this year’s Dash will not include food vendors. We welcome community, resource, and activity vendors, as well as sponsors who want to make a meaningful impact while gaining visibility and connection within the community.

Every step, every roll, and every partnership helps us continue a tradition rooted in compassion, service, and inclusion.
